1. The captain will handle the logistical aspects of the event and will communicate with the other cities' captains.

2. He/she will appoint assistants to help with: site logistics, practices and training, t-shirts, fund raising, etc.

3. The captain will hold his position until the following year. If that year's team chooses a different captain, then the previous captain is relieved of his/her position, and should cooperate fully with the new captain to ensure a smooth transition.
