1. The captain will handle all logistical aspects of the event and will communicate with the other cities' captains and with the SDTF Board as appropriate.

2. He/she will appoint assistants to help with: site logistics, practices and training, t-shirts, fund raising, etc.

3. The Captain will determine the individual player fee based on the funds available through fundraisers, team funds, etc.

4. The captain will hold their position until the following year. If the majority of that year's team chooses a different captain, then the previous captain is relieved of his/her position, and should cooperate fully with the new captain to ensure a smooth transition.
