1. All players must be California residents to participate in Cal Cup and must be a member of their respective club.

2. Each club will make its own determination of their selection process for their teams.

3. Members wishing to be eligible for the 2009 SDTF Cal Cup Team must meet the following criteria:

• He/she must be a member of SDTF by July 31, 2009.
  
  
• He/she must submit an application or otherwise indicate intent to play with Captain by July 15, 2009 with relevant experience, singles/double preferences etc.
  
  
• The top 20 singles players and top 10 doubles teams will be selected by the Cal Cup Captains and their Committee.
  
  
• The remaining 4 singles and 2 doubles spots will be selected from a qualifier tournament during August 2009. All players who submit applications by July 15, 2009 will have an opportunity to play in the qualifiers.
  
  
• He/she should be committed to preparing for the competition by participating in any Cal Cup Ladders, qualifier tournaments, scheduled practices, and by supporting others on the team.
