The SDTF website will be adding a "Members Only" page that will be secure (password protected) and will have personal information available only to SDTF members. No one but SDTF members will have access to these pages.

SDTF will neither sell nor utilize such information for any conmmercial purpose. SDTF needs your approval whether or not you wish to have certain information displayed on the site.

MEMBERSHIP EMAIL
 The SDTF sends out informational emails to the membership on a regular basis. In order to receive these emails you must be an active member and manually subscribe to the SDTF Mailing on the "Membership" page on the website (www.sdtf.org/members/mailing_list.htm).

WAIVER OF RESPONSIBILITY
 You must sign the waiver of responsibility below.You will be be allowed to participate in Federation activities until the waiver is signed.

In conjunction with my participation in the San Diego Tennis Federation and its related activities and events, I agree to waive any and all rights and claims for bodily or emotional injury, injury to my reputation, or any other damage or harms that I might suffer, or any other claims of any nature I or my legal representative may have against its officers, and the GLTA and its officers. I understand that I will be participating at my own risk and the above organizations and individuals will not be responsible for any harm, injury, or damage that I might suffer. I also release and waive any and all rights to claim damages or renumeration that may arise as a result of references to, photographs, images, or likenesses of me that may appear in any publication or other media coverage. I understand the Federation will be governing the discipline of players and enforcing USTA/GLTA rules and regulations.
