| Pac Cup: Creating the Singles Team |

1. All players interested in representing SDTF in this year's PAC Cup must submit the application below to the Captains by June 15 2008.
2. All players who submit applications will be ranked by PAC Cup Committee between June 15 and 30 based on past experience, player records, rankings, etc.
3. On July 1, the top 8 singles and top 4 doubles teams will be announced. (Every singles player is not guaranteed to play doubles).
4. Remaining eligible Singles and Doubles players will be placed in a Qualifier tournament for the last four singles and two doubles slots. The qualifying matches will be played at Balboa Tennis Center starting after the 2008 SDO on July 7 and completed by July 26.
5. Alternate players will be chosen on July 31 at the discretion of the PAC Cup captains based on their eligibility and the pre-stated criteria.
