1. The top 12 singles players and the top 6 doubles teams that each club can put forth each year rated "B" or lower.
2. The cities rotate which city will host the event each year. The second place team has the right to host the following year if they have not previously hosted the competition.
3. The host city will make all site arrangements, as well as provide for a get together dinner on the first night of competition.
4. The host city will determine the per player cost of the event and collect fees from its own PAC Cup players and the other clubs' captains.
5. The winning city will hold the PAC Cup for 1 year and is responsible for bringing it to the following year's competition.
