1. The top 12 singles players and the top 6 doubles teams that each club can put forth each year rated GLTA "B", or USTA 3.5 or lower.
2. The member cities rotate which will host the event each year in September. San Diego will host the 2010 event on September 18-19.
3. The host city will make all site arrangements, as well as provide for a get together dinner on the first night of competition.
4. The host city will determine the player cost of the event and collect fees from its own PAC Cup players and the other clubs' captains.
5. The winning city will hold the PAC Cup for one (1) year and is responsible for bringing it to the following year's competition.
