- If a match has to be suspended due to court or weather conditions, players will note the score and resume from that score at the earliest opportunity.
- Once a challenge is accepted, both players have 7 days to play the match at a mutually agreed upon site.
- Once a match time is scheduled, the USTA 15 minute default rule is in effect.
- The Ladder Chair recommends that parties agree on a time frame that should facilitate a potential three set match.
