Team Tennis Spring 2010: Reporting Line-Ups |

- Team Captains must report their lineups in an excel file attached to e-mail and send to the Team Tennis Commissioner by 3:00 PM, the day before the assigned match. If an e-mail containing the lineup is not received by that time, the official team roster will be used by default as the team's singles lineup. The team's doubles lineup will pair the #1 and #2 players, the #3 and #4 players, etc.
- After 3:00PM, changes cannot be made to a team lineup without the consent of the opposing team captain. If after the lineups have been submitted, a Team Captain learns that a player on his team will not be able to play then the affected Captain may replace that player under the late substitution rule and penalty.
- If the Team Tennis Commissioner is also playing Team Tennis, then his Team Captain and the rival's Team Captain will designate a third party captain to receive their e-mail lineups by 3:00 PM, the day before the match. That third party will be responsible for emailing both teams’ line ups, together, by 5:00 PM the day before the match, or at such time that both line ups have been received.
