The 2012 West Coast Cup competition will feature teams from San Francisco, Los Angeles, and San Diego. This is the second year for this event, and it will be hosted by the Gay and Lesbian Tennis Federation (GLTF) in San Francisco, CA, courts to be determined, on August 25-26, 2012. If you would like to be considered for the 2012 SDTF team, simply make your interest known by submitting this application.

WEST COAST CUP DETAILS
Dates of competition: August 25 & 26, 2012 (SAT-SUN)
Location: San Francisco, CA, Court TBA)
Player Qualifications:
- Men must not have a GLTA men’s rating higher than “C” on July 15, 2012. Men with no GLTA rating, must have a USTA rating of 3.0 or less.
- Women must not have a GLTA women’s rating higher than “B” on July 15, 2012. Women with no GLTA rating, must have a USTA rating of 4.0 or less.
- Must be an official SDTF Member of Record on July 15, 2012

Application/Selection Process:
- All Players interested in representing the SDTF this year in San Diego must submit this application to the Captain by March 10, 2012..
- All players may be required to participate in challenge matches, pod play, team practices and/or clinics.
- On June 15, 2012, the first round of the selection process should be complete and the first round of singles players and doubles teams will be announced.
- Remaining singles and doubles players will be placed in a second round of qualifiers for the remaining singles and doubles team positions. Qualifiers will be played in a format and time to be determined later based upon the number of interested, qualified members.
