Team Tennis 2018-2019:
Entry - Alternates Only

General registration for Team Tennis 2018-2019 has ended.

You may still participate in Team Tennis 2018-2019 as an alternate (provided you are an active member).

At the invitation of team captains, alternates substitute for injured/out-of-town players on a week-to-week, as-needed basis. There is no fee to register as a Team Tennis 2018-2019 alternate.

WAIVER OF RESPONSIBILITY

Please read the waiver of responsibility below. You cannot participate in Team Tennis 2018-2019 until you accept the waiver.

In conjunction with my participation in Team Tennis 2018-2019 and the related activities and events, I agree to waive any and all claims for bodily injury or emotional injury, injury to my reputation, or any other damage or harms that I may suffer, or any claims of any nature that I or my legal representatives may have against Team Tennis 2018-2019, the San Diego Tennis Federation and its board members, the Team Tennis Commissioner (Jonathan Tyler) and/or future appointed Commissioners, the Team Tennis Sites (San Diego High School, the Balboa Tennis Club, and/or the Peninsula Tennis Club) and any other sites, facilities, or individuals associated with Team Tennis 2018-2019 and the related activities and events. I understand that I will be participating at my own risk and the above organizations, facilities, and individuals will not be held responsible for any harm, injury, or damage that I may suffer. I have read and acknowledge the above waiver statement. If under 18 years of age, the signed, written consent of my parent or guardian is required before I play.
